Independence Bowl to use StatBroadcast

SHREVEPORT, LA. --

The Camping World Independence Bowl will use StatBroadcast to simulcast stats from its postseason football bowl game, StatBroadcast announced today.

The Independence Bowl is a Division-I bowl game that has been played every year at Independence Stadium in Shreveport, Louisiana since 1976; the bowl was named because of its inauguration during the US bicentennial. The 2015 version of the bowl features the ACC's Virginia Tech vs. Tulsa from the American Athletic Conference and will be televised by ESPN on December 27, 2015.

The Independence Bowl is the 33rd bowl game to partner with StatBroadcast this season.
